Pressure Gauge valves Multi port Needle Valves , Block and Bleed Valves

Gauge valve come in variety of designs , ranging from single isolation  valves with a bleed port, to block and bleed valves wand multiple connections multiport valves. Our gauge valves, as standard, are rated to 413 bar (6,000psi), but can be rated at 689 bar (10,000psi) and are available in a range of different materials like SS 316 , 304 ,Alloy 400, Hastelloy and Duplex/ Super Duplex .

Multiport  Gauge valve is basics Single Isolation Needle Valve with more then 1 one port on the outlet side . So generally 1 port is used for Pressure Gauges and the other one is used for Process Line . This is widely used method of installing gauge in a line .  There are occasionally used with Solid Plugs or Bleeder Plugs as shown in the below photos .

Block and Bleed Type Gauge Valves performs block and bleed function and gives more control then Multi port Valves . One Side there is process flow  line and other side there Pressure Gauge . Plug is also attached for bleeding function .
